Our SKWODSessions are our small group personal training sessions, designed to achieve dramatic results in a social, supportive environment.
Sessions are capped at 12 participants to ensure personalised attention, exercise correction, and motivation from SKWOD Coaches.
This is NOT group fitness, team training or bootcamp. All SKWODSessions are tailored to the individual participants needs, abilities and goals
All sessions have been personally designed by our co-Founder and Head Coach Chief Brabon, incorporating his signature, ground breaking DARC™ training protocol, the same protocol utilised in all of our high profile Rapid Transformation programs.
SKWODFIT - EARN THE WEEKEND “EARLY”
Sat: 7:15am – 8:00am
As Chief always says “Gotta earn your weekend in advance".
45mins with our Head Coaches, focussing on Mobility, Stability, Strength & Stamina.
Also incorporating Kettlebells, Clubbells, TRX and other “unusual implement” training.
SKWODFIT - EARN THE WEEKEND “LATER”
Sat: 8:15am – 9:00am
As you have probably guessed, the same deal as the 7am session, but with a touch more intensity (due to a touch more sleep).
Sat: 9:00am – 9:30am
This 30min high intensity session has been designed to target the glutes, hips, and inner thighs.
Who needs a Brazillian butt lift when you can build a peachy butt naturally?
SKWODFIT - MID WEEK FLOGGING
Weds: 1:15pm - 2:00pm
The same general outline as our Saturday SKWODFIT, these sessions are a great opportunity to blow of the stress of the morning, get a great workout done, and to smash the rest of your working day.
