Small Group Coaching
Our small group personal training sessions are designed to achieve dramatic results in a social, supportive environment.
Sessions are capped at 14 participants to ensure personalised attention, exercise correction, and motivation from our coaches.
This is NOT a group fitness class. All sessions are tailored to the individual participants needs, abilities and goals.
All sessions have been personally designed by our co-founder and head coach Chief Brabon, incorporating many of the same training protocols utilised in all of our high profile rapid transformation programs.
