1-on1 Coaching

Chief and Emilie are best known for the unequaled aesthetic & athletic transformations achieved through their personalised Functional Transformation coaching.

This unique program has been described by the media as “the evolution of personal training”.

Chief will create a strength and conditioning program specifically designed to achieve your personal health, fitness and/or sporting goals, while nutrition coach Emilie will construct an eating program that will dramatically accelerate those results.

 
 
 

Small Group Coaching

Our small group personal training sessions are designed to achieve dramatic results in a social, supportive environment.

Sessions are capped at 14 participants to ensure personalised attention, exercise correction, and motivation from our coaches.

This is NOT a group fitness class. All sessions are tailored to the individual participants needs, abilities and goals.

All sessions have been personally designed by our co-founder and head coach Chief Brabon, incorporating many of the same training protocols utilised in all of our high profile rapid transformation programs.

Your coaches will sit down with you virtually to discuss your goals, limitations, and needs, and will then formulate both a training program and a nutrition program that will help you achieve amazing results no matter where in the world you might be.

 8 Week Transformation Programs

Over the past 15yrs, our world renowned 8 Weeks to WOW!® rapid transformation program has helped tens of thousands Aussies achieve jaw dropping and long lasting results. The program has been scientifically proven to drastically reduce body fat, increase lean muscle and improve overall athleticism in just eight weeks.

This is the same program that formed the basis of the majority of our celebrity transformations, including Multi-platinum Singer/Songwriter Guy Sebastian, and his TV Presenter wife, Jules.

The program provides a 12 week training & nutrition program* (8 weeks of Transformation + 4 weeks of Consolidation) to ensure the incredible results you have achieved can be maintained long term.
